Students interested in taking both Fondant Course 1 and 2, can take Fondant 2 before Fondant 1. They do not need to be taken in order.

In this hands-on class students will complete their own 2-tiered wedding style cake, using the following fondant techniques and skills covered in the class (pictured below):

  • Ruffles (large and small)

  • Pleats (large and small)

  • Billowing Tuft

  • Scrunchie Effect

  • Swags

Students Please Bring: 

  • Pink non-stick rolling mat           

  • Ribbon cutter                                                      

  • Spatulas/X Acto knife            

  • Smoother                                    

  • Pizza cutter                                  

  • Rolling pin      

  • Quilting mat                         

  • Paint brushes

  • Plaque cutter        

  • Mini cups

  • Gum Glue

  • Corn starch 

Additional items and tools will be provided.

Tools purchased for the class on the day of class will receive a 10% discount.
