NY Cake Academy, formally known as The Chocolate Gallery, is the pioneer of cake decorating in the New York metropolitan and tri-state area. Originally founded by Joan and Lisa Mansour in 1989, it was the first place to bring cake decorating, chocolate classes, fondant classes and a full line of baking supplies to New York City.
