An award-winning cake artist, Ashwini is the name behind “The Dream Cakes“. She has been working on Cake Art for more than a decade and her style of decorating cakes is unique and has been acknowledged across the globe. Though she enjoys working on most mediums, her passion lies in creating realistic-looking Sugar Flowers. The 3Ps - Practice, Patience, and Perseverance have always been her motto.
She has been featured in many National/International magazines, newspapers and TV Shows for her talent and has also won awards including the India Top 10 Cake Artist 2017 and 2018 while she was in India. Her art and efforts were further recognized when she won the Nicholas Lodge Sugar Flowers Award - Cake Masters Magazine Awards 2022, also known as the Cake Oscars Awards for her work in Sugar Flowers.
She has been on the judging panel for many Cake awards and competitions across the globe.
An innovator, she is the pioneer to have started India’s first Online Cake Academy and has trained thousands of students across the globe, to fuse their talents in making sugar flowers and cake designs in unconventional ways and continues to do the same now from California too.
