Thomas Shipley has been one of Long Island's busiest bakers for over 30 years. Thomas is recognized as a certified cake decorator by the retail bakers association and has taught cake decorating at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, as well as the International Pastry Arts Center and various cooking schools in the tri-state area. Dedicated to his craft, Chef Shipley teaches a unique, fun way to help his students polish their skills and succeed in the art of cake decorating.
