Family Gnocchi Making Class

Class Description:

Make fresh, pillowy gnocchi from scratch in this hands-on class while learning the techniques for mixing, shaping, and cooking perfect potato dumplings. You'll pair your homemade gnocchi with a classic tomato sauce and pick up tips for achieving the ideal texture every time. Leave with the confidence to recreate this comforting Italian favorite at home.

Class Cancellations & Transfers:

Cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to custom@nycakeacademy.com at least 3 days before the scheduled class. Requests made less than 3 days before class, including same-day cancellations, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, and full tuition will be forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy:

Students must arrive on time. Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late will not be admitted due to safety and instructional concerns and will forfeit their tuition without a refund, credit, or transfer.

No Walk-Ins:

Advance registration is required. Walk-ins and walk-in makeup sessions cannot be accommodated due to the preparation required for ingredients, equipment, instructor assignments, and individual workstations.

Limited Class Sizes:

Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide a personalized, hands-on experience. Once a class is full, no additional students can be accommodated.
