Join us for another week of frosting fun! This week we have multiple fan favorites including emoji cupcakes, minion cakesicles, geode cakes, and more! Learn how to put a new spin on trending treats and work with fondant, chocolate, and more to create your own frosted friends!
- No nuts are used in this course.

Students bake their own cupcakes from scratch and create Emoji cupcake toppers out of fondant, silicone molds, cutters & more!
Tuesday, Jul 23rd | 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Learn how to make truffles filled molded chocolates, and decorate with colorful chocolate & sprinkles! Each student also make their very own cusomized marbled chocolate bar!
Wednesday, Jul 24th | 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
In today's class we make a delicious dessert cup, stacked with cake rounds and of corse adding our own magical touch! we work with our fan favorite doughnuts to create marble glazes, fondant toppers and more to make your under the sea treats extra sweet!

You know them, you love them - its Minion day! In today's class we work with silicone molds, chocolate, cake, fondant and more to create your very own minion army!
Friday, Jul 26th | 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
The ultimate Geode cake - with a twist! Students learn how to ice a cake, marble with fondant, cover a cake with fondant, carve cake, create edible geodes and also learn how to use isomalt to create your own agate crystals to top your cake and any other treats!
NY Cake Academy classes are held in our Manhattan flagship at 118 W 22nd St. All supplies and materials included, but if you require any special accomodations please don't hesitate to contact us at custom@nycakeacademy.com. Our classes are hands-on, interactive experiences. So, please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t mind getting a little sugar on, and flat comfortable shoes. Open toed shoes and sandals are not recommended as this is a safety concern when working within a kitchen. Long hair should be tied back.
